What has your site done for you lately? Part 1
A sharply dressed gentleman walks in for his job interview. Everyone turns and looks his way. They're all thinking the same thing. "Man, he sure looks perfect for _______." :) You fill in the blank. So, what does your website say about you? Is it meeting the goals you set for it? Is it landing the sales or jobs that you need? With the creation of the world wide web, came a new and dynamic marketing tool. It was enough to just have a website. But nowadays, just having a website doesn't cut it. No longer are they comparing whether you have a site or not. Now they are comparing the presentation and features and up-to-the-minute information. Although there are still lots of people out there without websites, there are tons more with websites that just don't cut it. I find that it's easier to to talk about what your site shouldn't do in order to discover what it should do. So here we go.

Okay so we talked about the appearance or design of a site and the information on the site as playing major roles in accomplishing your goals for your site. Now we're going to tackle the next two areas that are also very important -- Navigation and Features.
